Registration With New Credentials

Your users can register themselves on the Zetaly Portal login page by clicking the Register link and specifying a username, e-mail address and password.

A Zetaly Hub administrator must accept new user registrations so that they can connect to the Zetaly Portal with their defined username and password. Users cannot use their e-mail address for the username and must specify a valid e-mail address during registration.

The username must respect the following:

• 50 characters max
• Only alphanumerical characters (. @ - are also accepted)

The password for a new Zetaly user must respect the following:

• at least 8 characters and 50 characters max
• a mixture of both uppercase and lowercase letters
• at least 1 number
• at least one special character

Login From a Configured Active Directory

Requirements

An authentication configuration must be defined in the software settings.
Click the cog icon go to the settings (only available with ZCC rights):

From the Settings > Define your settings page, click on the Authorization tab, and set up the Authentication section with the correct information:

The information must be specified as indicated in the example above. The URL to be used to access the active directory must respect the following pattern : PROTOCOL://IP_OR_DNS_NAME:PORT

First Login With a User Coming From an External Directory

Once an external directory has been added to your authentication configuration, you will be able to login to the Zetaly Portal using your own LDAP credentials.
Users will be directly log on and operationnal, but no modules access will be provided. Please contact your administrator to request your accesses.

Login With a Local User

Once a user is accepted by the Zetaly Hub administrator their status is updated as an active user, allowing them to access the Zetaly Portal from the /zetaly/login page:

For Already Existing Users (on BI Tool)

If any BI Tool user registers with the same e-mail address as they connected with before, the BI user will be linked to the new Zetaly user.
