As the number of users grows, so does the need to manage them in groups rather than individually. The User management page has a Groups list tab, which lets you create groups of module authorizations and apply them to users and other groups.
Actions on Group List
After creating a group using the Create a Group button, authorizations, users and groups may be added to the newly created group using a dedicated window for each.
Group Rules
On Authorizations:
- A group can have module authorizations like a user would.
- A group can only add authorizations to a user, and never remove them. For example, if a user only has ZRP individual rights, and is in a group that only has MYZ rights, they will have access to both the ZRP and MYZ modules.
On Affectations:
- A group can contain any amount of users and groups.
- A user can be affected by any amount of groups.
- A group can only be affected to a single parent group.
