Introduction
Zetaly Data Explorer lets you query and explore the data collected by Zetaly Streaming Agent, and thus to find specific linked data.
For example, if you want information about a specific job, you can access jobs data, find your job and access to all the datasets used by this specific job. For each dataset, if you need the catalog or SMS information, you can directly jump to it.
Usage
Items
Zetaly Data Explorer is available directly on the Zetaly Portal:
On the left, all the available items are displayed:
Each time an item is selected, a new tab opens.
You can navigate through all your requests for your analysis.
If you leave the Zetaly Portal, you cannot retrieve your results.
Queries
On each tab, the available filters are displayed:
It is possible to use the query button without any input. It will query the whole database with a default sorting.
The wildcard character (*) is available in every string field. A tooltip is available to indicate its proper usage.
Complete the form and use the query button to query your ZetalyDB.
The number of result is limited. By default, this limit is 1000 results per table.
Once a query is finished, results are displayed:
For each column, you can change the order.
The sort is applied on the result only, not on the database directly.
For each line, on the right, you have the possibility to query other items linked to this specific line:
It will open a new tab and query the Zetaly database.
Filters
Periodicity
The Periodicity filter is used to group the results over a certain period. Numerical results are added together or displayed as an average, while textual information is included in the grouping.
DateTime
The DateTime filters let you choose a time to retrieve the results at the specific time you choose.
There are 2 special filters (Start Date and End Date), they allow to retrieve the data present between these 2 timestamps.
