Publish dashboards

Operation

In order to proceed to share a dashboard publicly, you need to log in as an administrator in the Zetaly portal.

Click on the "Service Intelligence" tab and then click on the share button to publicly share the dashboard.

A confirmation dialog will then be displayed. Confirm itOnce you have shared the dashboard, you have to open it and copy the URL in the navigation bar, it is this URL that will be shareable with public users.

Now, users who do not have a Zetaly account can access the dashboard link that has been shared.

Configuration

We can configure the email and password of the anonymous user in .\zetalyinstall.cnf 

NB : This user is only a technical solution and is only supposed to be known at ZCC installation, it should not be used to connect to Zetaly.

Dashboard versionning

For each public dashboard, a version number and its update day is displayed. This information is essential when dealing with issues on dashboard and will help the support team to better investigate these concerns.
