Contractual structure

This page will guide you in entering your contract's information in Zetaly. If you have already done that once, you can jump to the "update" section.

First installation

When accessing the Contractual structure page for the first time, you will be prompted with two screens that will ask you for (most of these data can be updated afterwards) : 

• The customer's data : name, id
• The contract's data : name, currency

You will then land on a seemingly empty page, where you will be able to add and update some informations, notably your contract pricings.

Updating your contract's information

Along with any previously entered field, you will be able to indicate which pricings are included with your contract, by clicking on the "Edit" button below the contract card.

Clicking the "Pricing metrics" will prompt the available ones. Select one or more and click the "Save" button to add them to your Zetaly contract and be able to customize them on separate tabs.

No special customization is necessary.

TFP Entreprise Consumption

On the first time on this screen, a single row needs to be filled with your baseline. On clicking the "Save" button, the growth rate will automatically be applied to the MSU base to predict the next years of the contract. Any field can be modified afterwards.

These information are used after cost recalculation to display TFP consumption data on the eponym dashboard.

DEVTEST

Two fields are required :

• MSU base : Average size of the DevTest workload
• MSU Solution : Size of MSUs selected by the client
